Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to join our Marketing team and lead planning, execution, and monitoring of events, brand activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, trade marketing, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of event management or experiential marketing experience.
• Proven ability to plan and execute brand activations and consumer campaigns.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, brand activations, and consumer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage event logistics, materials, event setup, suppliers, promoters, and vendors.
• Monitor event performance, KPIs, consumer engagement, and ROI.
• Prepare post-event reports, consumer insights, and recommendations for future events.
• Ensure confidentiality and perform other duties related to the nature of the role.
