Job summary

TalentHive in Dammam is seeking experienced Welders to join our maintenance and fabrication teams. You will perform MIG, TIG and SMAW welding on various metals, read basic drawings, and support fabrication activities with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role offers a hands-on technical environment in a growing Saudi organisation, with opportunities to develop practical skills across welding and metal fabrication while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality mandatory.
• 2–4 years of hands-on welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Secondary school/high school qualification.
• Experience with MIG, TIG or SMAW welding processes.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and welding specifications.
• Familiarity with welding equipment, tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG and/or SMAW welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium components.
• Carry out metal fabrication activities including cutting, grinding, fitting and assembly.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, welding specifications and work instructions.
• Prepare welding surfaces and equipment before starting work.
• Inspect welds for defects and correct to meet quality standards.
• Operate welding machines, cutting equipment and hand tools safely.
• Support senior welders and supervisors in workshop activities.
• Follow preventive checks and report defects or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
