Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks an experienced QC Insulation Inspector with a strong Oil & gas background for a reputed project in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on inspecting insulation for piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment, ensuring material specs and thickness meet approved standards, and coordinating with site teams to resolve QA/QC issues. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in QC inspection, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on insulation experience in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QC inspection.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in piping and equipment insulation within Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Gulf experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with site and quality teams.

Responsabilités

• Inspect insulation for piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment as per specs and standards.
• Verify insulation materials: type, thickness, density, and conformity with material specs.
• Check surface preparation and readiness for insulation application.
• Monitor insulation installation, cladding, jacketing, and accessories.
• Verify insulation thickness, installation quality, joints, and finishing.
• Inspect weatherproofing, sealing, and cladding against moisture and environment.
• Review drawings, ITPs, method statements, and QA procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and QA/QC to resolve issues.
• Raise inspection requests and maintain records, checklists, and quality docs.
• Identify non-conformities and track corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and safety procedures.
