Client of Hudson Manpower seeks an experienced QC Insulation Inspector with a strong Oil & Gas background for a reputable project in Saudi Arabia. You will inspect piping, vessels and tanks, verify insulation materials, and ensure readiness for insulation application.

You will monitor insulation installation, cladding and weatherproofing, review drawings and ITPs, and coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QC inspection.
• Hands-on experience in piping and equipment insulation within Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Gulf experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience from home country eligible.

Aufgaben

• Inspect thermal insulation activities for piping, vessels, tanks and equipment per project specs and standards.
• Verify insulation materials type, thickness, density and compliance with specifications.
• Check surface preparation and readiness for insulation application.
• Monitor installation of insulation, cladding, jacketing and accessories.
• Verify insulation thickness, installation quality, joints and finishing.
• Inspect weatherproofing, sealing and cladding for moisture protection.
• Review drawings, ITPs, method statements and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams and QA/QC to resolve issues.
• Raise inspection requests and maintain inspection records and quality docs.
• Identify non-conformities, report defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and health & safety procedures.

We are seeking an experienced strong QC Insulation Inspector strong professional with strong Oil amp Gas background for reputed Company in strong Saudi Arabia strong

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect thermal insulation activities for piping vessels tanks and other equipment as per approved project specifications and applicable standards
• Verify insulation materials including their type thickness density and compliance with approved material specifications
• Inspect surface preparation and ensure the equipment or piping is ready for insulation application
• Monitor the installation of insulation materials cladding jacketing and associated accessories
• Verify insulation thickness installation quality joint arrangements and finishing
• Inspect weatherproofing sealing and cladding to ensure protection against moisture ingress and environmental exposure
• Review approved drawings inspection and test plans ITPs method statements and quality procedures
• Coordinate with site engineers construction teams and QA QC personnel to resolve quality-related issues
• Raise inspection requests and maintain inspection records checklists and quality documentation
• Identify non-conformities report defects and follow up on corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and applicable health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QC inspection.
• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in piping and equipment insulation within Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Gulf experience is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience gained in their home country are also eligible.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with site and quality teams.
