Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced Experience Designer (CCXP) for a 6-month project to elevate customer experience across digital platforms. You will contribute to shaping the customer experience vision with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct in-depth user research, create journey maps, wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback while collaborating with product and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in experience design, UX/UI design, or related roles, with a robust portfolio showcasing design processes and outcomes.
• CCXP certification is required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in designing responsive applications for web and mobile.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.

In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences across our digital platforms while leveraging your expertise in customer experience principles.

As an Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to create user-centered solutions that address our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth user research, creating journey maps, developing wireframes and prototypes, and gathering user feedback to iteratively improve designs.
