Müller's Solutions invites a Senior Experience Designer for a 6-month project to lead design across our digital products, shaping user experiences with a user-centered approach and strategic impact.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define objectives, conduct user research, develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and create design specifications that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
• Experience designing for mobile and responsive web.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research activities to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
• Define user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with product teams to define design specifications aligned with tech constraints.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and usability testing sessions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture.
