Job summary

Müller’s Solutions seeks a Senior Experience Designer for a 6-month project to lead user experience across digital products. The role focuses on user research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile, aligning user needs with business goals.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define objectives, create design specifications, and mentor junior designers in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent.
• Experience designing for mobile and responsive web.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Front-end knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research activities to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Define user flows, create wireframes, and produce high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to establish design specifications and ensure alignment with technical constraints.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and user testing sessions to refine design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior design team members and foster a collaborative design culture.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to influence our design strategies.
