Confidential is seeking a The Butler / Hospitality Attendant to provide exceptional guest and executive hospitality services. You will serve food and beverages, prepare dining and meeting areas, and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in a professional, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include setting up events, ensuring supplies, and handling requests with courtesy while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to communicate in basic English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and management in a professional manner.
• Prepare and arrange dining areas, meeting rooms, and hospitality facilities before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, kitchenettes, dining areas, and service equipment.
• Ensure all hospitality supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages when necessary.
• Assist in setting up meetings, events, and special functions.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Handle hospitality requests promptly and courteously.
• Collect used dishes and utensils and ensure they are cleaned and stored properly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while serving executives and VIP guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Perform other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
