Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality seeks an F&B Executive Coordinator to serve as the pivotal operational and administrative link across Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Stewarding, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef at Shebara Resort.

You will manage divisional logistics, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure smooth collaboration and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of F&B and Executive Chef, including calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
• Coordinate cross-divisional communications between F&B, Culinary, and Stewarding.
• Assist with divisional reports, budgets, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, contracts, vendor information, and compliance documentation.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents for F&B, Culinary, and Stewarding.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for the division and assist with staff training.
• Organize divisional events, meetings, and team-building activities.
• Assist with menu planning, food costing, and budgeting to stay within targets.
• Train new staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety standards.
