Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an F&B Executive Coordinator to serve as the key operational bridge across the Food & Beverage division—reporting to the Director of F&B and Executive Chef. You will manage calendars, communications, budgets, supplier data, and onboarding while ensuring cohesive collaboration between Culinary, Stewarding, and Outlet teams.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, logistics control, and support for senior leadership in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in F&B, culinary, or hospitality administration/coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders.
• Coordinate divisional logistics, inventory, and schedules across F&B, Culinary and Stewarding.
• Manage communications, reports, budgets, and onboarding for the division.
• Assist with menu planning, food costing, and budgeting as needed.
• Support recruitment, events, trainings, and team-building activities.
