Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Executive Director - Finance (Entertainment) to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for its diverse entertainment ventures. You will shape the financial landscape, provide strategic direction to the finance team, and ensure alignment with Vision 2030 objectives.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, present insights to senior management, and uphold robust internal controls while collaborating with auditors and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
• 15+ years of finance/accounting experience, ideally in entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven leadership in multi-project environments with strong financial discipline.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and controls.
• Experience leading finance teams and driving operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function for entertainment developments with timely reporting.
• Develop financial strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling across projects.
• Present financial analyses and insights to senior management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and robust internal controls.
• Foster relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Support investment analysis and capital budgeting for new initiatives.
