Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Executive Director - Business Finance to lead strategic financial planning across sports, performing arts, and culture projects, shaping budgets, forecasts and capital allocation to support a growing portfolio.

The role partners with the executive team to drive ROI, strengthen governance, manage risk, and mentor a high‑performing finance team in a dynamic, transformative destination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA/CFA or equivalent certification highly beneficial.
• Minimum 15 years in senior finance roles, with a focus on business finance in sports, arts, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and strategic analysis for diverse initiatives including sports, arts, and culture.
• Direct budgeting and resource allocation with strong governance and KPI tracking.
• Oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across projects and programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performance finance team with clear objectives.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate strategies to executives and partners.
