Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an Executive Director - Business Finance (SPT & Art & Culture) to lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across sports, performing arts, and culture initiatives. You will guide ROI optimization, resource allocation, and governance while partnering with senior leadership and auditors.

The role requires extensive experience in senior finance roles, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills to drive performance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CFA certification is highly beneficial.
• Minimum of 15 years in senior finance roles with a focus on business finance in arts, culture, and sports.
• Proven leadership, financial management, budgeting, analysis, and reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and strategic analysis for diverse initiatives to align with vision and goals.
• Direct budgeting processes, implement controls, and monitor performance against budgets.
• Oversee financial reporting, governance, and audits with external regulators and auditors.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with legal/compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performance finance team with clear objectives and growth opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders internally and externally to foster partnerships and transparency.
