Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)
• At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on the entertainment or hospitality sectors
• Proven track record of financial leadership in complex, multi-project environments
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques
• Excellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing financial operations
• Superior analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in stakeholder management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the Middle East region is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function for Qiddiya's entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targets
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for informed decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing robust internal controls across all financial processes
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing
• Support investment analysis and capital budgeting processes for new entertainment initiatives and projects
