Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Group Director of Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership across procurement, warehousing, logistics and inventory management, aligning functions group-wise to drive cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with entity leadership to standardize processes, optimize COGS, and lead digital transformation, ensuring high-quality, reliable supply chain services across healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple entities or a large-scale healthcare organization.
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
• Strong strategic leadership and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Oversight: Develop and implement group-wide supply chain strategies aligned with Fakeeh Care's mission and objectives; integrate procurement, warehousing, logistics and planning across entities.
• Operational Governance & Compliance: Oversee supply chain operations to ensure regulatory and accreditation standards compliance; governance for contracts and vendor selection.
• Performance & Process Improvement: Develop and monitor group KPIs; drive cost efficiency, enhance COGS and procurement lead time via best practices and digital transformation.
• People Leadership & Development: Lead entity supply chain directors and managers; foster cross-entity collaboration and professional development.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Align supply chain priorities with corporate goals; prepare reports and participate in senior leadership meetings.
