JD.com Inc. through JD Logistics is strengthening its global logistics platform with smart automation and data-driven oversight for DS personnel across multiple sites.

A robust attendance framework will standardize procedures, support scheduling, and ensure consistent sign-in/sign-out rules across the network. The team emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Attendance System Implementation – Implement and standardize attendance procedures, scheduling, sign-in/sign-out rules, and other attendance regulations for DS personnel at all sites.
• Attendance Compliance Management – Monitor DS personnel's compliance with attendance regulations, identify gaps, and collaborate with site managers and HR to drive the implementation of corrective measures.
• Employee Training – Develop and conduct training for DS personnel, covering attendance procedures, operating standards, system usage, relevant policies, and necessary workflows.
• Performance and Improvement – Maintain attendance data dashboards, analyze common problems, and implement improvement plans to enhance current performance and operational efficiency.

About The Team
