Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a full-time on-site role focused on exception handling within our operations. You will guide identification, registration and handling of damaged, short-delivery, excess, mis-sorted and no-label parcels, ensuring timely closure of processing.

You will monitor cargo quality, inspect mis-sort, damage and loss rates, analyze causes and propose improvements, and provide on-site support to field operators to keep cargo flow smooth.

Responsibilities

• Exception parcel handling: Guide on-site identification, registration and handling of damaged, short-delivery, excess, mis-sorted, no-label and information-inconsistent abnormal parcels; follow up on processing progress to ensure timely closure.
• Cargo quality monitoring: Regularly inspect mis-sort rate, damage rate and loss rate during sorting, analyze causes and propose improvement measures.
• Exception prevention and improvement: Identify recurring issues, drive process optimization, and establish exception-handling standards and SOPs to reduce repetitive exceptions.
• On-site support: Provide exception-handling guidance to field operators and supervise handling of major or urgent exceptions to ensure timely cargo flow.
