Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems promptly.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest loyalty.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information when taking reservations.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance; follow company policies.
• Welcome guests and anticipate service needs; communicate clearly.
• Read and verify information; move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
