Confidential is seeking a Crowd Management Lead to coordinate large event operations, ensuring safe and orderly visitor flow and compliance with safety standards. The role emphasizes on-site supervision, risk assessment, and proactive incident response.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating teams, monitoring density, and collaborating with security and emergency services to maintain smooth event execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in event management, security and safety, or related field.
• 2–5 years practical experience in crowd management or large events.
• Experience organizing exhibitions, conferences and public events.
• Knowledge of crowd management principles, risk assessment, and evacuation plans.
• Leadership skills with ability to delegate and supervise teams.
• Quick decision-making and appropriate actions under operational pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Certified training in crowd management or safety and emergency response preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of crowd management plans tailored to the nature of the event and expected attendance.
• Organization of the movement of visitors and participants, directing them to designated areas.
• Supervision of the distribution of crowd management teams and defining their locations and tasks.
• Organization of queues, waiting areas, entrances, exits, and movement paths.
• Monitoring crowd density, observing congestion, and addressing emergency situations according to established plans.
• Coordination with security, safety, emergency teams, and organizing entities as needed.
• Ensuring clarity of directional signage, evacuation routes, and emergency exits.
• Monitoring team compliance with operational instructions and procedures.
• Preparation of operational reports and documentation of observations and incidents related to crowd management.
• Participation in planning and evaluation meetings before and after events.
• Ensuring compliance with safety requirements and regulations in event locations.
