Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Crowd Management Manager for a major mixed-use real estate project in Makkah. The role focuses on safety, crowd dynamics, and smooth visitor flow across high-attendance events and daily operations.

You will lead development and implementation of comprehensive plans, coordinate with authorities, and guide staff training. Strong leadership, collaboration, and technical modelling expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public safety, emergency management, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in crowd management or large events.
Experience with crowd-flow modelling.
Proficient with Viswalk, Legion, MassMotion, Pathfinder.
Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement crowd management strategies tailored to the project in Makkah.
Coordinate with local authorities to ensure safety compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for large gatherings.
Oversee crowd control during peak times to ensure safety.
Collaborate with security teams for emergency response plans.
Train staff in crowd management techniques and safety protocols.
Monitor crowd movements to mitigate risks and improve visitor experience.
Maintain records and reports of crowd management activities and incidents.
Plan and execute events with high attendance.
