Job summary

Flip retail in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Air Cargo Division Manager to lead operations, oversee pricing, and ensure regulatory compliance across import/export, including IATA and customs matters.

You will supervise staff, review KPI performance, coordinate with vendors and customers, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality across shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in aircargo or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in air cargo management or supervisor roles.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the air cargo division and oversee end-to-end operations.
• Coordinate pricing with providers/carriers to meet budget and service goals.
• Educate, review, motivate and monitor staff performance.
• Improve productivity via SOPs and adherence to quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues by guiding the ETS group and customer care teams.
• Represent air cargo division in cross-department meetings and escalations.
• Review KPI performance and optimize vendor and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including import/export controls.

Job description

• Total accountable for leading Air cargo division.
• Manage arrangement with providers/ carriers for room & amp prices.
• Manage all personnel reporting to place as to properly educate, review, motivate, pass on as well as monitor their tasks.
• Enhance productivity of staff via reliable work practice & amp display application of standard operating procedures to comply with consumer need.
• Closure of customer problems/ conflict by leading ETS group managing consumer & amp customer treatment division needs.
• Look after staff implementation throughout running hrs, weekends & amp holidays as called for.
• Represent air products division in meetings referral to obstacles in associated matters that require to be cascaded for implementation throughout various other department.
• Review & amp review team Key efficiency Index (KPI)
• Option & amp settlement to vendors straighten to firm guidelines.

Education and learning

Experience

Minutes 5 years in Air cargo managers' duty.

Professional in governing conformity pertaining to import/export transportation, mainly airfreight (IATA), customizeds & amp other governing entities.

Technical Knowledge/Skills

Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding. governing compliance related to international transportation, Great computer abilities in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Accessibility)
