HungerStation | هنقرستيشن is seeking a logistics leader to drive 3PL partnerships, oversee KPI performance, and streamline operations to balance supply and demand in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes change management, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver value across divisions while maintaining high-performance standards within the logistics organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of logistics experience or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize 3PL management processes, KPIs, and SLA adherence.
• Lead change management initiatives with stakeholders and teams.
• Act as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide project management efforts across divisional initiatives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance through documented policies and routines.
• Participate in budgeting cycles and ensure efficient use of department resources.
• Lead and mentor team members; set performance objectives and provide feedback.

Key Accountability Areas

3PL Management

• Acquire new 3PL companies to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Operationally support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles.
• In charge of the 3PL's invoices and payments release.
• Drive the area to guarantee efficient operations and excellence in services having the best balance between supply and demand.
• Analyze future needs to proactively activate requirements on time.
• Optimize the SLA process of the 3PL companies’ requirements.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with external suppliers in order to support the smooth provision of logistics services across the fleet.

Change Management

• Ensure stakeholder readiness by providing training, workshops, customer and supplier communications, and any support needed for all changes within their respective field.
• Ensure that the Divisions involved in the change initiative are prepared for all changes required to ensure sustained morale levels and minimal impact on the culture.
• Review all change issues and provide recommendations on proper initiatives in order to ensure creating a vibrant work environment.

Stakeholders’ Relations

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Act as the representative with local and international concerned stakeholders.

Projects Management

• Lead and guide project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects for their respective Division.
• Direct and control projects to ensure that project cycles are completed, and parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope, and quality) are met, monitored, and in line with the required quality and standards.
• Lead initiatives and growth projects aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.

Governance and Resilience

• Ensure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures.
• Ensure the Divisional compliance with the Code of Conduct to ensure operating within the acceptable risk and ethical level.

Budget Utilization

• Participate in the Division’s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process.
• Ensure effective utilization of their respective Department’s budget, and report accurately on progress and challenges.

People Management

• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective departments.
• Manage, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team, and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote the Organization’s Values.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
