Job summary

Propel Consult is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3–7 years of experience in high-end interior fit-out projects, preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting commercial teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related and proficiency in estimation software. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and knowledge of luxury finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in estimation for high-end interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery, and premium materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with a strong background in high-end interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project risks, analyzing tender documents, and supporting the commercial team in delivering competitively priced and technically sound proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in estimation for high-end interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery, and premium materials.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, Buildsoft) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors in the fit‑out industry.
• Experience with hotel, luxury retail, or premium office interior projects.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and contract documentation (FIDIC, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
