Job summary

Alturki Holding is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects. You will review tender requirements, perform quantity take-offs, and develop detailed cost breakdowns covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.

Collaborating with procurement, operations, and finance, you will validate assumptions, assess cost risks, and apply contingencies to ensure robust tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.
• Experience within the Facilities Management industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope specifications and tender requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Role amp Responsibilities We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects The role will be responsible for analyzing project requirements developing pricing models and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver successful tender submissions
