Job summary

Esports Tower LLC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Manager for Competitive Governance to lead governance workstreams across major esports competitions. You will translate strategic direction into actionable governance models, project plans, and stakeholder updates, acting as a key execution partner to the Director Competitive Governance.

The role requires strong project execution, structured thinking, and excellent communication in English, with relocation and international collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relations, Sports Governance or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, governance, sports business, or regulatory environments.
• Strong project execution with ability to drive workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Excellent deck-building and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of esports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governance project delivery across EF competitions, ensuring tasks are structured and tracked.
• Translate priorities into action plans, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Create governance trackers, risk registers, and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare materials for meetings, workshops, and executive reviews.
• Support design and refinement of governance structures and operating models.
