Job summary

Esports Foundation is seeking a Manager? Competitive Governance to support development, implementation and continuous improvement of governance structures across major Esports events.

You will translate ideas into deliverables, manage workstreams, and coordinate with the Director Competitive Governance in a fast-moving, international setting. The role emphasizes governance design, policy support, and clear documentation for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced governance roles.
• Strong project execution skills with ability to drive workstreams.
• Excellent deck-building and storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support governance project delivery across EF competitions with clear plans and milestones.
• Translate strategy into action plans, timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Create governance trackers, risk logs and decision records for governance workstreams.
• Prepare materials for meetings, leadership updates and workshops.
• Contribute to design of governance structures, policies and operating models.
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
