Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a motivated Procurement & ERP Analyst to support IT Business Solutions procurement processes and ERP functionality. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT solution needs and ensure compliant, efficient procurement of services and solutions.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred), and the ability to generate regular reports and dashboards for procurement teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain management, procurement or equivalent.
• CPSM certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement analysis or ERP system management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP functionality (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the e-marketplace UX.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance usability, navigation, and UI.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive iterative improvements to the e-marketplace.
• Implement processes for onboarding new vendors and sellers onto the emarketplace platform.
• Manage vendor profiles, product listings, and catalogues on the e-marketplace with accurate information.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure compliance with vendor qualification criteria, contracts, and policies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain appropriate security measures.
• Ensure compliance with local Saudi data protection regulations, privacy policies, and industry standards.
• Coordinate the allocation of IT resources.
• Monitor and analyze the capacity of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage the inventory of IT solutions, licenses, and assets.
