Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced IT Solution Analyst - Business Solutions to support the eMarketPlace platform and related digital commerce solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective eCommerce capabilities.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on or functional experience with eMarketPlace solutions, CommerceTools, MACH architecture, guided buying, and eCatalogue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT business solutions or digital commerce.
• Experience with eMarketPlace solutions and digital commerce platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Knowledge of MACH architecture and modern headless commerce concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution requirements.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of eMarketPlace and eCommerce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and future needs.
• Define solution approaches aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and standards.
• Support integration requirements between marketplace/eCommerce and ERP, CRM, and other systems.
• Participate in solution evaluations, discussions, and vendor assessments.
