Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support across Facility Management and Manpower Services.

The role requires strong functional and technical expertise to align Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and develop Power BI dashboards to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 10+ years ERP experience with 5+ years leading Dynamics 365 implementations or ERP teams.
• Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Services, Outsourcing, or similar service business.
• Strong understanding of functional processes and technical solution delivery.
• Experience integrating Finance, Supply Chain, HR/payroll and operations.
• Knowledge of contract billing, workforce costing, project accounting and profitability reporting.
• Strong PM, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
• Support FM and manpower processes including employee mobilization, attendance, payroll integration, client billing, and project profitability.
• Oversee Finance and Supply Chain processes including budgeting, procurement, inventory, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Manage integrations with HR/payroll systems, CAFM platforms, attendance systems, and other apps.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and UAT.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors to meet scope, timelines, and SLAs.
• Maintain system security, user access, data quality, documentation, and change controls.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
• Lead user training, adoption, and ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, and system rollouts across business units.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions in collaboration with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
• Support FM and manpower processes, including employee mobilization, project deployment, attendance, timesheets, payroll integration, client billing, and project profitability.
• Oversee Finance and Supply Chain processes, including budgeting, procurement, inventory, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Manage integrations with HR/payroll systems, CAFM platforms, attendance systems, and other business applications.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and service levels.
• Maintain system security, user access, data quality, documentation, and change controls.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
• Lead user training, adoption, and ongoing system support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of ERP experience, including 5 years leading Dynamics 365 implementations or ERP teams.
• Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Previous experience in Facility Management, Manpower Services, Outsourcing, or a similar service-based business.
• Strong understanding of both functional business processes and technical solution delivery.
• Experience integrating Finance, Supply Chain, HR/payroll, and operational systems.
• Understanding of contract billing, workforce costing, project accounting, and profitability reporting.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
