Job summary

Sohob is seeking a D365 Manufacturing Consultant to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations in manufacturing environments. You will optimize production processes and align ERP capabilities with business operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of D365 Manufacturing / Supply Chain experience, 3+ full implementations, and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus; role based in Jeddah, with opportunities to work on global projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a D365 Manufacturing / Supply Chain Consultant.
• Minimum 3 full end-to-end D365 Manufacturing implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete and/or process).
• Strong analytical and communication skills. English required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing requirements and translate into D365 functional solutions.
• Configure and implement D365 Manufacturing modules: Production Control, Master Planning, BOM, Routing, Capacity Planning.
• Lead data migration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
• Deliver user training and post-implementation support.

Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into effective D365 functional solutions Configure and implement D365 Manufacturing modules including Production Control Master Planning BOM Routing and Capacity Planning Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows aligned with best practices Lead data migration system testing UAT and go-live activities Deliver user training and post-implementation support Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations Identify improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Experience with Microsoft partners or global projects Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a D365 Manufacturing / Supply Chain Consultant.
