Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CRMA, IRMCert, or equivalent is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in pharma or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the corporate risk register.
• Follow up on risk mitigations and test controls.
• Prepare periodic risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor KRIs and escalate when thresholds are exceeded.
• Support risk identification and awareness with risk champions across departments.
• Develop and maintain risk-related documentation and templates.
• Assist in setting and reviewing the organization’s risk appetite and tolerance levels.
• Deliver risk training and awareness sessions.
