Job summary

2P – Perfect Presentation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Risk Specialist to strengthen ERM, AML/CTF, and Fraud Risk Management within the GRC function.

You will identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate strategic and regulatory risks across the organization, and collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, and Finance.

The role requires a 5+ year track record, a relevant degree, and a proactive, risk-aware approach to shaping governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, ERM, GRC, Compliance, or related field.
• Experience with ISO 31000/COSO ERM and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve risk management frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and AML/CTF standards.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework, KRIs, and dashboards.
• Execute the full ERM lifecycle: identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, reporting.
• Provide risk and financial crime advisory to business units.
• Promote a risk-aware culture via awareness programs and training.
