Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance and lifting operations across oil and gas facilities in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus and hands-on supervision of a lifting and maintenance team.

You will ensure equipment is maintained to high standards, plan and coordinate heavy lifts, and collaborate with multi-cultural teams to deliver reliable, compliant asset performance in dynamic project environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Be able to prepare job instructions to the equipment and lifting team.
• Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site.
• Ensure Lifting equipment is in safe working use.
• Supervise a lifting team
• Supervise a heavy equipment team
• Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
• Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.
