Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company Limited (NGHC) is seeking a System Dispatcher for EPMS to monitor real-time grid operations and manage switching and contingencies. You will coordinate with generation, transmission, and field teams to ensure reliable, secure operation of the hybrid power network and renewable integration.

The role requires SCADA/EMS experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 control room with Saudi regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree (power options preferred).
• Experience in SCADA and EMS engineering systems.
• Experience working with the Saudi Electric supply company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Control room experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of power system operations and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Windows (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control real-time operation of the power system.
• Coordinate with generation, transmission and interconnected entities.
• Implement corrective actions to maintain stability and reliability.
• Coordinate emergency response during disturbances or outages.
• Develop contingency plans to restore stability and minimize disruptions.
• Provide technical training and guidance to teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EPMS/SCADA issues.
• Review engineering scope and ensure interface alignment.
• Lead problem-solving for engineering decisions.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs of grid operations.
