Job summary

TalentHive is partnering with a well-established Saudi group in Dammam for a Saudi National HSE Lead. The role sits within a large, operationally diverse environment where you will influence safety performance, governance and drive a proactive safety culture across operational teams.

You will lead policy implementation, risk assessments and investigations while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6+ years of progressive HSE, compliance or auditing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in safety governance, risk management and environmental compliance.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Experience within construction, logistics, industrial or service environments; multi-site exposure is highly relevant.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capability.
• Relevant professional HSE certifications would be advantageous where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures and standards.
• Monitor operational compliance with HSE requirements and internal controls.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Support and lead incident and near-miss investigations.
• Monitor HSE performance, trends and KPIs.
• Work closely with operational teams to strengthen safety awareness, ownership and accountability.
• Support HSE training, toolbox talks and workforce engagement.
• Maintain appropriate HSE documentation, reporting and compliance records.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, compliance and risk reduction.
• Provide guidance and support to HSE Officers/Inspectors and operational stakeholders.

As part of the continued strengthening of its Health, Safety & Environment function, we are looking for an experienced Saudi HSE Lead to join the organisation in Dammam.

This is a visible HSE position within a large and operationally diverse environment, providing the opportunity to influence safety performance, strengthen HSE governance and work closely with operational teams to drive a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

As HSE Lead, you will:

• Lead and support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures and standards

What We're Looking For
