Job summary

Wood is recruiting a Supply Chain Associate to join the WOOD Team under the Supply Chain department. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of Wood projects and gain exposure to end-to-end procurement, expediting, and logistics processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent, with some related experience in procurement and ERP systems. You will support delivery against project plans, maintain supplier relations, and ensure compliance with

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or industry equivalent.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end supply chain activities as assigned.
Conduct price negotiations with suppliers to achieve price reductions and target savings.
Utilize Wood Approved Supplier Register and supplier registers for evaluation, audit and selection.
Deliver expediting activities, create daily expediting reports, and update procurement systems.
Produce shipping documents and ensure timely goods receipts in the procurement system.
Identify material shortages and manage requisitioning and control of small工具 and consumables.
Ensure all supply chain activities follow the project execution plan and budgets.
Update PSR with on-site dates and lead times; communicate delays to SCM.
Comply with the Wood Code of Conduct and all statutory requirements.
Promote safety and embody Wood values; perform other tasks as requested.
