Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment and HR operations, supporting the full recruitment cycle and various HR activities.

Responsibilities include assisting sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, and onboarding documentation. The role emphasizes learning, strong communication, and a proactive approach to HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; assist in onboarding documentation.
