Job summary

bcc in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Civil Quality Engineer / Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our contracting team. This entry-level role targets Civil Engineering graduates with 0–3 years of QA/QC exposure and a strong interest in construction quality management.

You will support QA/QC procedures, inspect civil works, review drawings and specs, and coordinate with site engineers and consultants. This position offers practical training and long-term growth in civil QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC procedures across construction projects.
• Conduct inspections of civil works and verify conformity with drawings and specs.
• Review quality-related documents, reports and records.
• Assist with Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) and site documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants and project teams on quality requirements.
• Support follow-up and closure of NCRs and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality reports and records.
