Job summary

Riyad Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Strategy professional to develop and monitor the corporate strategy, translate it into actionable initiatives, and ensure alignment with the enterprise plan. You will manage the bank's business plan, monitor targets, and support initiative owners to drive execution and value realization.

Experience in strategy, strong MS Office and project tools, and leadership in a bank context are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy
• Bachelor degree in Management, Strategy or Finance
• Advanced MS Office, EPM and MS Project, and strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of an enterprise-wide strategy and translates it into initiatives
• Accountable for the management of the bank business plan and alignment with ePMO
• Monitors the progress of aspiration targets to ensure achievement of the strategy target
• Oversee Riyad bank targets and strategic initiatives progress
• Provide markets insights and researches on banking industry
• Act as custodian of the bank overall strategy
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and timely execution of initiatives
