Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, market analysis, management consulting, or financial/business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA is preferred if the Bachelor's degree is in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating the Annual and 3-5 Year Strategic Plans.
• Collect and validate input from business units to ensure strategic consistency and data accuracy.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and new geographies.
• Generate insight reports and executive summaries highlighting implications for the company.
• Support preliminary assessment of new business areas, services, or market entries.
• Prepare initial feasibility studies, SWOT analyses, and opportunity briefs for review.
• Build and maintain financial and business models to evaluate potential investments and initiatives.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate implementation of approved strategic initiatives across BUs.
• Track performance, highlight risks or deviations, and report progress.
• Prepare strategy reports, dashboards, KPIs, and board-level presentations.
