Job summary

Datamatics Technologies seeks a Data & AI Architect to design enterprise data architectures and AI/ML systems for government and smart city initiatives in Saudi Arabia. This onsite, 1-year role emphasizes cloud data platforms, governance, and scalable data stacks.

You will translate business needs into technical architecture, govern data projects, and collaborate with engineering and executive stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. English is preferred; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture with 2-3+ years AI/ML in production.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms and modern data stack.
• Experience building enterprise data architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data architectures including data modeling and data warehousing.
• Design AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Develop and manage cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Oversee AI/ML lifecycle: model selection, MLOps, deployment, monitoring.
• Architect LLM/GenAI solutions including RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Communicate with engineering teams and executives.
• Design APIs and system integrations.
• Ensure alignment with data governance and compliance.
