Job summary

REEF GROUP | مجموعة ريف is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and govern the organization’s technology architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and scalable, secure operations across apps, data, infrastructure, security, cloud, and integration.

You will collaborate with executives to translate goals into technology capabilities, lead ARB decisions, and drive digital transformation with cloud-first and API-first strategies while rationalizing legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, preferably within the retail sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Architecture Leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Define the current-state, target-state, and transition architecture.
• Support executive leadership in technology investment decisions.
• Ensure technology initiatives support organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain architecture principles, standards, and policies.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings.
• Govern major technology decisions across all programs.
• Review solution designs for compliance with enterprise standards.

• Introduce AI, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate.
• Maintain the enterprise application portfolio.
• Identify redundant systems and opportunities for consolidation.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions.
• Develop technology roadmaps for major platforms.
• Ensure architectural compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Identify technology risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Present architecture strategies to executive leadership.
• Mentor Solution Architects and technical leads.
