Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the technology strategy and drive transformation across the organization in Saudi Arabia. You will design scalable, secure IT architectures and align technology initiatives with business objectives, engaging stakeholders from multiple units.

The role requires deep expertise in EA frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams through complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (Master’s preferred) and 12+ years in IT architecture, with 7+ in EA.
• Experience leading large-scale IT transformation programs.

Enterprise Architect – Lead the Future of Technology Transformation

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant IT architectures
• Excellent proficiency in business and technology alignment, including requirements gathering and roadmap development
• Experience with integration technologies, APIs, microservices, and data architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Hands‑on experience with DevOps and automation tools
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain
• Background in cybersecurity best practices and frameworks
• Previous experience working in Agile and Lean development environments
• Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or PMP

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 7 years in an enterprise architecture role
• Demonstrated history of successfully leading large‑scale IT transformation projects

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings or conferences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
