Hally are exclusively partnering with a leading U.S.-based vendor specializing in Enterprise Backup and Recovery Software Solutions. Building on their proven success and market domination, our client is now strengthening their presence in Saudi Arabia. As part of their strategic growth, they are launching a new legal entity in the Kingdom and are actively seeking to hire multiple Saudi Nationals for a variety of commercial roles. The Middle East has long been a flagship region for this vendor, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious technology leader during a major phase of expansion in the region.

We are looking to hire their first Enterprise Architect. The role will lead the design, implementation of scalable, secure solutions and technologies post-sale. Acting as a technical leader, the role bridges customer requirements with our clients capabilities, supporting direct and partner-led deployments—especially within large enterprise environments undergoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Analysis

• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments.
• Identify opportunities for architectural improvements and optimization.
• Design high-level and detailed solution architectures tailored to client needs.
• Create specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain standardized reference architectures.
• Ensure designs align with best practices for security, compliance, and scalability.

Project Planning

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Provide level-of-effort estimates to support effective planning and execution.

Implementation & Technical Leadership

• Oversee technical execution and deployment of solutions.
• Support proof-of-concepts, technical workshops, and partner-led implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure technical standards are met.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into technical strategies.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., containers, hybrid cloud, security) for integration into solution designs.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices and delivery frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in IT architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
• Expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes), virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and IT governance.
• Proven success leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across varied stakeholder audiences.
• Experience in post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery roles.

Certifications

Required:

• Relevant technical certifications in architecture or platform specialties

Preferred:

• AWS or Azure Solutions Architect
• VMware VCP
• CISSP or similar cybersecurity credential
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python)
