Job summary

TANINT Recruitment is looking for an experienced ENM / ENIQ Engineer to support Ericsson OSS platforms in Saudi Arabia. You will manage ENM/ENIQ/eVNFM administration, troubleshoot incidents, and assist in new deployments within a carrier-grade environment.

The role requires strong telecom OSS knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to work with operations teams and vendors to ensure platform stability and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Network Manager (ENM).
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Network IQ (ENIQ).
• Experience administering and troubleshooting telecom OSS platforms.
• Understanding of OSS domains and service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and provide operational support for ENM, ENIQ, and eVNFM.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, incidents, and customer requests.
• Support new implementations, integrations, and platform acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and operations teams to ensure stability and service continuity.
