Job summary

ASQ International's English Coordinator will design and implement engaging programmes in phonics, reading and writing, mentor teachers, and establish a vibrant literacy culture across EYFS and Primary in a brand‑new school in Riyadh.

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced English Coordinator to lead literacy across EYFS & Primary. Be part of the founding team, set up curriculum, mentor teachers, and build a strong reading culture from day one.

The ideal candidate
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Education, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL, Educational Supervision, or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years in academic supervision or educational leadership, ideally in an international school setting
  • Proficient in educational technology and digital learning platforms
  • Solid understanding of child safeguarding practices and Ministry of Education regulations
  • Ability to provide academic guidance, training, and ongoing support to English language teachers
  • Skilled at monitoring teaching quality and driving continuous academic improvement
