Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the engineering department during the assigned shift.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.

• Monitor work environment for safety hazards.
• Identify training needs of team members and provide necessary training.

• Coordinate with inventory manager for necessary tools and materials.

• Monitor expenditures during the shift and identify cost-saving areas.
