Job description

Job Purpose

Provide technical support to the Engineering Department and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ICT ELV engineering projects from concept design through IFC issued for construction. Work closely with Managers to develop and implement high quality, cost efficient, and innovative engineering solutions that fully align with the company's standards, strategic objectives and project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate ICT ELV engineering designs, drawings and technical documents prepared by consultants, providing technical feedback and recommendations to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, constructability and compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ICT ELV engineering activities with overall project objectives.
• Identify design clashes and interface issues and follow up on their resolution.
• Participate in coordination meetings and ensure implementation of agreed actions.
• Prepare, maintain and control comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, engineering drawings, progress reports and correspondence.
• Perform detailed technical analyses to identify, assess and resolve engineering challenges encountered during project execution. Propose and implement innovative, practical solutions to optimize project delivery and outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes, systems and practices through the adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Prepare accurate and timely functional deliverables and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

Job Requirements
