Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Riyadh seeks an Associate to support its expanding Energy practice. You will break down complex problems, plan analyses, and guide junior staff while collaborating with clients and the project team to deliver actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in strategy consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and is fluent in English (Arabic a plus). Travel willingness is required as projects arise.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or energy company.
• Experience in Energy (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power & Water, Environment, Mining & Metals).
• Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program.
• Willingness to travel.
• Take initiative and learn new skills quickly.
• Creative thinker who finds novel approaches to problems.
• Apt at analyzing large data sets and extracting insights.
• Collaborative and respectful team player.
