Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Experience in Energy (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power & Water, Environment, Mining & Metals)
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings

Responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and direct junior consultants
• Plan and execute analysis and identify core issues to craft suitable recommendations
• Work side by side with clients and project teams to move projects forward
• Manage small teams to get the work done
